Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and schedules may need to change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, please review our policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may cancel your session free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled session: Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a fee of 75% of the total session price. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session or in the event of a no-show: Cancellations within this timeframe and failure to attend your scheduled session will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total session price. Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your session through our student scheduling portal or by contacting us directly at hello@lrbrainsolutions.com. Please note the cancellation policy also applies to rescheduling requests. To avoid any potential fees, please ensure you reschedule your session more than 24 hours in advance. Circumstantial Considerations: Please note that cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted in certain extenuating circumstances, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. It allows us to best serve all of our students and manage our scheduling effectively.
