2A. Use of AI and Learning Technology (Ethical Disclosure)
L.R. Brain Solutions leverages proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology to enhance the learning experience and service delivery.

Transparency and Purpose: We utilize an AI algorithm to process student data, including practice submissions, written work, and academic performance metrics. This processing is performed solely for the purpose of personalized instruction, identifying specific knowledge gaps, and providing immediate feedback to the student and tutor.

Ethical Data Use Guarantee: We guarantee that student data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PI) and academic records, is never used to train third-party commercial AI models or large language models (LLMs) outside of our direct service provision.

Data for Product Improvement & Marketing (Mandatory): By using our service, you agree that we will use anonymized and aggregated versions of your child's learning data (data stripped of all identifying characteristics) for internal research, product improvement, enhancement of our AI algorithms, and for creating general marketing statistics and performance claims. This use of anonymized data is integral to the functioning and continuous improvement of the service.
