In this high-value Results Consultation, our Head of Operations and Founder perform a deep-dive analysis of your Part 1 and Part 2 Baseline Assessments. We don't just look at scores; we decode your student’s unique learning profile to identify the precise growth gaps and cognitive strengths needed for high-stakes success. During this session, we will present your personalized Strategic Roadmap, a clear plan to manage exam-day pressure through neuro-informed techniques. You will walk away with a definitive path to becoming the steward of your own learning journey and the next steps to activate your 7-day Free Trial. Note: Please allow 24-48 hours after assessment completion for our team to architect your custom plan before our scheduled meeting.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and schedules may need to change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, please review our policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may cancel your session free of charge. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled session: Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a fee of 75% of the total session price. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session or in the event of a no-show: Cancellations within this timeframe and failure to attend your scheduled session will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total session price. Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your session through our student scheduling portal or by contacting us directly at hello@lrbrainsolutions.com. Please note the cancellation policy also applies to rescheduling requests. To avoid any potential fees, please ensure you reschedule your session more than 24 hours in advance. Circumstantial Considerations: Please note that cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted in certain extenuating circumstances, to be determined on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. It allows us to best serve all of our students and manage our scheduling effectively.
